Booking Policies & Hunt Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your hunt and must be paid by phone using any debit or credit card.
Please call us 2–3 days before your arrival for updated bird and weather conditions.
The remaining balance for your hunt is due upon arrival, after check-in and before the start of hunting. No exceptions.
*Example: If you book for 6 hunters, the full remaining balance for all 6 hunters is due upon arrival, regardless of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
If your group must cancel due to an emergency, we require at least 2 weeks' notice to transfer your deposit to a future date. Deposits are non-refundable.
An 18% gratuity fee will be added to the total hunt cost and paid with your final balance.
Groups of 3 hunters or fewer may be paired with another group.
Hunting dogs are welcome but must remain in the designated dog hide during hunts for safety reasons. Dogs are not allowed in shooting zones or inside the lodge. In certain weather conditions, kenneled dogs may be permitted in the mud room of the lodge.
We do not guarantee birds. Waterfowl hunting depends on weather and migration conditions beyond our control. What we do guarantee is the best opportunity possible, experienced guides, daily lodging, brunch in the blind, lodge drinks/bar access, and full lodge amenities including Wi-Fi, grills, and kitchen access.
Our flooded timber is river-fed and typically remains huntable in most conditions. If severe weather or unsafe travel forces us to cancel your hunt, your trip will be rescheduled for later in the season or the following season if necessary.
Youth hunters receive half-price hunts with groups of 4 or more paying adults.

Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your hunt date.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the hunt unless otherwise agreed upon.
All bookings are confirmed only after deposit or payment is received.
Hunt Policies
All hunts are conducted under applicable state and federal hunting regulations in Arkansas and Missouri.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have all required hunting licenses, permits, and stamps for the state they are hunting in.
Legal shooting hours will be strictly followed.
Hunt locations, times, and conditions may be adjusted based on weather, game movement, or safety concerns at the outfitter's discretion.
Cancellations & Weather
Hunts may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the outfitter's discretion.
Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred to a future available date.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.
Safety
Safety is the top priority at all times.
All hunters must follow guide instructions and all firearm safety rules.
Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund.
Liability
Hunters participate at their own risk.
The outfitter is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost equipment, or personal property damage.
By participating, guests agree to release the outfitter from liability related to hunting activities.
Ethical Hunting
Fair chase and ethical hunting practices are strictly enforced.
Wasteful or illegal harvesting of game will not be tolerated.
Property & Equipment Responsibility
Hunters are responsible for any damage they directly cause to outfitter property or equipment due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow guide instructions.
This includes, but is not limited to, lodges, boats, motors, trailers, duck blinds, decoys, and any other provided equipment or facilities.
Normal wear and tear or equipment failure not caused by guest actions is not the responsibility of the hunter.
Any intentional damage or negligent misuse may result in repair or replacement costs being billed to the responsible party's card on file.
Outfitter Equipment & Firearms Policy
All guests are required to use outfitter-provided transportation to and from hunting locations.
Guests are not permitted to operate personal vehicles or boats while on the hunt or on outfitter-managed property.
All hunting is conducted using outfitter-approved firearms and ammunition only unless prior written approval is given.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the hunt without refund.
