Terms & Conditions

By booking a hunt, purchasing merchandise, or using any service offered by Dirty Rice Outfitters ("DRO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any booking or purchase.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hunt date. The remaining balance is due in full prior to or upon arrival. DRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule hunts due to unsafe weather conditions, flooding, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your hunt at no additional cost.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your hunt date may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking at DRO's sole discretion. No-shows forfeit all payments made.

All hunters are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid hunting licenses, duck stamps, and any other required permits for the state(s) in which the hunt takes place. DRO is not responsible for hunters who arrive without proper licensing. It is your responsibility to know and follow all applicable federal and state hunting regulations.

Hunting involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and death. By booking with DRO, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with hunting activities. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dirty Rice Outfitters, its owners, guides, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in any hunt or activity.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and ethical manner at all times. DRO reserves the right to remove any guest from a hunt without refund for unsafe behavior, intoxication, harassment, or violation of hunting regulations.

All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Shipping costs are non-refundable. DRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email after your order ships. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. DRO is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

We collect only the information necessary to process your booking or order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Square — DRO never stores your card information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Greene County, Arkansas.
